When I first became Managing Director of this Company, I was lucky to inherit a very experienced and customer focused team. By making evolutionary changes, rather than revolutionary ones, we have managed to further improve customer service levels. Ongoing investments in infrastructure and equipment have also contributed towards our success as a business during the last 25 years.
Traditionally, commercial vehicle dealerships, just like their customers, are high turnover, low margin, businesses. West Pennine Trucks is no exception. The keys to our success are attention to detail, cost control, good people and, above all, adapting to meet the needs of our customers.
Providing we continue to focus on these areas, our customers can be assured that they will receive attentive and efficient service from all parts of our business. If, for whatever reason, we fail to deliver the high standards that we have set ourselves, you can be assured that we will do our best to rectify the situation.
