Owned by Belfast based Ballyvesey Holdings Limited, West Pennine Trucks is a business which has successfully developed by listening to its customers and working closely with them. West Pennine Trucks has held the Scania franchise since 1984 and is now the North West's largest privately owned authorised Scania dealer. We are the 'one stop shop' for the Scania operator based in Northwest England.

We provide operational support around the clock to a vast range of customers operating Scania trucks, buses and coaches. Our mission is to provide a first class product, with after-sales service of the highest standards, to supply top quality parts from stock, and to undertake all manner of accident repair work. 

Our new sales territory encompasses the busy industrial area from the north of Manchester to the north of Birmingham and the more rural counties of Cheshire, Shropshire and Powys. The head office is located at Stakehill Industrial Park in Middleton, north of Manchester and just off Junction 20 of the M62.  This is also the site of our largest depot, providing a comprehensive range of services, including the sale of new and used trucks.

There are currently seven West Pennine Truck depots: the three largest are at Middleton (North Manchester) Trafford Park (South Manchester) and Stoke-on-Trent.  The service centres at Macclesfield, Telford, Oswestry and Knighton  enable us to provide local support to customers based some distance from the main industrial centres.  Our depots, are mostly open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week and provide a comprehensive after-sales service for Scania and other marques.  They are fully equipped with the latest 'plug in' diagnostic equipment designed to quickly identify problems.  Every depot has at least one technician and fully equipped mobile workshop permanently on-call to provide round the clock roadside assistance and recovery.
