In this new role John will have responsibility for the development of all West Pennine Trucks aftersales activities and the improvement of customer service and quality standards at all seven depots. John's successful track record of management, first at our Middleton depot and for the last 4 years at our Trafford Park depot, makes him the ideal candidate for this exciting new role.
