Recovery Rescue In floods…..
On Friday the 20th July, West Pennine Trucks Knighton received a call from a long-standing customer that needed recovery on the Ledbury to Hereford Road.
The R164 LA 6x2 NA 480 Topline had broken-down and was caught up in heavy flooding in the area. When a recovery vehicle from West Pennine Trucks Knighton arrived at the breakdown the depth of the water was over 4ft and covering the vehicles tyres. The vehicle was recovered and towed to the Knighton depot using their Scania recovery vehicle.
