Middleton goes mobile...
West Pennine Truck’s Middleton depot has now extended the range and scope of its aftersales services by becoming part of the Scania Mobile Engineering concept which specialises in the mobile repair and maintenance of ancillary equipment on truck, bus & coach, either at operators’ premises or, if necessary, at roadside.
The Mobile Engineering service covers a variety of applications including: Tail-lifts Fridges Shutter doors Air-conditioning systems Wheelchair lifts
The facilities offered for the above applications are Supply Installation Servicing Repair Maintenance Breakdown assistance
The Mobile Engineering programme is backed by a £1m investment in staff training and state-of-the-art service vehicles and equipment. The overall focus of the programme is to provide operators with a comprehensive aftersales facility.
