Scania Assistance is an essential support service that provides operators with a complete back-up system designed to minimise downtime and keep Scania vehicles out on the road.

Most importantly, the Scania Assistance Centre is a Scania-owned and staffed facility which represents a major investment in customer service. As such, Scania Assistance is a stand-alone operation that does not rely upon a third-party for the service it delivers.

And that means should the need arise to contact Scania Assistance, your call will be taken by a Scania-trained member of staff who will have a clear understanding of the nature of the problem - and an appreciation of your needs.

Scania Assistance achieves, on average, a response time of less than 60 minutes anywhere in the United Kingdom.

What's more, in the vast majority or instances the Technician attending the call-out will be able carry out the necessary repairs to the vehicle on the spot.

For those requiring workshop support, Scania service is never far away: The organisation's distributor network has 90 repair and maintenance centres strategically situated throughout the UK, and for those travelling further afield there are approximately 1,000 Scania workshops located across Europe.
