Ancillary services
All work carried out by Scania Mobile Engineers can be covered by a Scania Support Programme, where a single monthly sum covers regular preventative maintenance, full service support, legal requirements (if included) and emergency cover 24-hours a day, 365 days a year on all makes of equipment.
Two types of Support Programmes are available:
Service Only
The Service Only programme covers scheduled servicing requirements, including two statutory ‘Thorough Examinations’ and one annual weight test per year.
Repair and Maintenance
In addition to all the benefits of Service Only, the full Repair and Maintenance programme includes all preventative maintenance, any repairs that may be required and legal requirements.
Scania Support Programmes deliver greater control by maximising uptime, improving operational efficiency and reducing the administrative burden while meeting all statutory requirements for safe and legal operation.
